Failure Is Real, but It’s Not What You Think It Is.

October isn’t done yet, but this month’s 30 days of cardio is over. I failed… but not really.

Merriam-Webster defines failure as lack of success.

Society classifies one as a failure if they don’t have loads of money.

Failure is real, but not in the way the dictionary and society defines it.

What Failure Is

Failure is not trying.

Failure is giving up.

Failure is not doing anything.

That’s failure.

By its technical definition, I failed the 30-day challenge. By my definition, I didn’t because I’m still doing as many cardio sessions as I can for this month, and I’ll commit more seriously to another 30-day cardio in the future.

So, if you feel like you’re failing in life, remember that you are failing only if…

You don’t try.

You give up

You don’t take action.
